Role Overview

A well-regarded family in Miami Beach is looking for a seasoned full-time nanny to care for their 2-year-old. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, dependable, highly professional, and interested in building a long-term relationship with the household.

Position Details

• Work location: Miami Beach, Florida, 33160
• Hours: 40+ hours each week
• Core schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekend availability may be required when needed
• Immediate availability is preferred
• This is a multi-nanny home, with separate duties assigned for each child
• Comfort working in tandem with another nanny in the residence is essential
• The role includes the possibility of domestic and international travel with the family

Key Duties

• Deliver attentive, warm, and consistent care in a respectful and communicative environment
• Maintain strong professionalism, dependability, and close attention to detail
• Protect family privacy and handle all matters with complete discretion
• Organize engaging, age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play
• Keep parents updated on daily routines, schedules, and the child’s developmental needs

Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with a clean driving history
• Reliable personal transportation is necessary
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is required
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience with toddlers is preferred

Compensation and Arrangement

• Pay starts at $30 per hour and may increase based on experience
