Role Overview
Join Mondelēz International as a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in LaGrange, GA, supporting in-store merchandising, shelf management, and promotional execution for well-known snack brands. In this field-based role, you will work with store staff and sales partners to make sure products are visible, well-stocked, and presented according to brand standards.
Key Duties
- Serve as the in-store face of Mondelēz and coordinate with retail employees and sales representatives to improve product visibility and set up promotional displays.
- Complete store visits following Mondelēz DSD merchandising procedures, including taking display photos at assigned locations.
- Place product orders through an iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Maintain the presence and condition of leading Nabisco brands, such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, in line with company standards.
- Make sure store managers are following agreed sales plans and escalate any concerns to Mondelēz management.
- Work according to the daily route and schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient service.
- Support seasonal merchandising, holiday promotions, and new product introductions.
- Represent the company with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude in every store visit.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license from the state where they live.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Success in this role requires a self-driven, professional, and independent work style.
- You must be able to drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage is reimbursed under company policy.
- The job involves physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting, including repeated lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 lbs.
- Experience moving products from stockrooms to sales floors and stocking shelves is part of the role.
- Prior retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
- Applicants should live within 25 to 35 miles of the primary location in LaGrange, GA.
- Open schedule availability is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00, depending on relevant experience.
