Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Role Overview

Mondelēz International is hiring a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising for its snack brands. The position focuses on keeping products visible, well stocked, and presented through strong store relationships, display execution, and order placement. You will represent well-known brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company representative with store staff and coordinate with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays.
• Complete store visits following Mondelēz DSD merchandising steps, including taking photos of displays at assigned locations.
• Place product orders using an iPad tablet to maintain healthy stock levels on shelves and displays.
• Keep Nabisco brands properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards and store guidelines.
• Check that negotiated store plans are being carried out and report any concerns to the Mondelēz management team.
• Work according to the daily route and schedule provided by the merchandising manager to maximize efficiency.
• Support seasonal promotions, special displays, and launches of new products.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic presence while working in stores.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, as access to a military base facility requires federal identification.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• The right candidate is self-driven, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle for travel between store locations; mileage is reimbursed.
• Role requires physical work in a fast-paced setting, including repeated lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in retail or grocery environments is an advantage.
• Must live within a 25–35 mile radius of the primary location in Madison, AL.
• Secondary service location: Athens, AL.
• Availability is required on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 to $18.00, depending on relevant experience.
