Job Overview

The Key Holder plays a vital role in representing the Levi's® brand in-store. This position involves providing leadership on the sales floor, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities in the absence of management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by exemplifying Levi's® brand values and leading by example.
• Serve as a role model to Stylists by mentoring and motivating them to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during important trading hours, handling opening and closing procedures.
• Assist Store Management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation throughout the store.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling techniques, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Help with managing deliveries, organizing stock, and upholding stockroom orderliness.
• Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong passion for the Levi's® brand with alignment to its core values.
• Previous retail experience including responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence in leading and supporting teams on the shop floor.
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to maintain composure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative spirit with readiness to assist store management as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
