Role Overview

The Educator position is central to the success of the retail store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, connecting with shoppers in a genuine way, explaining products clearly, and representing the brand’s community-focused culture.

Key Duties

  • Engage with guests in a way that respects their time and delivers an excellent in-store experience.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored support for purchases, returns, and related solutions.
  • Explain product features and benefits so guests understand the technical value of each item.
  • Support smooth end-to-end transactions and carry out omnichannel processes according to company standards.
  • Maintain strong floor coverage by staying available to assist multiple guests and store needs throughout the shift.
  • Listen to customer feedback and work with store leaders to resolve concerns and improve the experience.
  • Share information about local community initiatives and help plan or deliver store, regional, or area community programs.
  • Help create an inclusive team environment that respects differences and supports every team member and guest.
  • Build positive working relationships and collaborate with teammates to support store operations and guest service.
  • Handle product presentation tasks such as restocking, organizing, repositioning, or removing items from the sales floor based on store standards.
  • Use in-store technology to assist with operations and improve the guest experience.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks during the shift to maintain the store’s premium environment.
  • Follow safety policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations while performing the job.

Eligibility and Work Conditions

Candidates must be legally allowed to work in the location where they are assigned. The role requires flexibility in working hours and willingness to move around the store for most of the shift. Applicants should also be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when needed.

Education

A high school or secondary school diploma, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred as an asset but is not mandatory.
