Full Time Account Merchandiser

Role overview

In this position, you’ll help place PepsiCo’s well-known brands in front of consumers across Canada. The role suits someone who is driven, energetic, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team while also staying organized and taking initiative. Experience in customer service can be helpful. The role is also well suited to students from a variety of programs, as well as people who have succeeded in roles that required independence and regular interaction with others.

Compensation and schedule

The hourly rate is $24.95, with full-time hours and the possibility of overtime. Work is scheduled across Monday through Sunday.

What you’ll do

• Place Pepsi products in store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Help execute store promotions by keeping shelves stocked and making promotional materials as visible as possible.
• Work closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality service across Pepsi accounts.
• Keep back-room inventory tidy, organized, and easy to manage.
• Remove expired products and ensure items remain fresh.

Who this role is for

This opportunity is open to students and to people who have worked well on their own and are comfortable dealing with customers or other people.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent.
• Applicants who are currently studying are welcome.
• A valid Class G driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• The ability to handle physical work, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Confidence working independently and staying self-motivated.
• Strong time management skills.

Preferred experience

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in a grocery store environment is also helpful.
