Your Responsibilities

• Begin each day in the bakery preparing fresh artisan bread and treats from scratch.
• Collaborate with a small team to bake every morning, carefully following recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean bakery environment and contribute positively to customer experiences.
• Handle measuring, mixing, shaping dough, and operating ovens efficiently.
• Start shifts early, typically between 3 AM and 4 AM.

Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated early riser comfortable working independently or within a tight-knit group.
• Take pride in delivering quality bakery products to the community.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
• Committed to the success of the team, bakery, and personal professional development.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continuously during tasks.
• Regularly lifting and carrying items up to 22 kilograms.
• Frequent reaching, turning, and occasional pushing/pulling activities.
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kilograms to heights of 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands, with routine wrist movements and occasional forceful gripping.
