Job description

Context and Environment

  • This role involves working with the first fuel card in Tanzania that employs an automatic polling system.
  • The polling system depends on telecommunications performance, specifically from Vodacom and Airtel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to TotalEnergies' Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies including the Golden Rules by staff, contractors, and customers.
  • Promptly reload all prepaid fuel cards when clients require fuel.
  • Customize fuel cards for both existing and new clients as per requirements.
  • Make amendments to client cards, such as refreshing credit limits or updating registration details.
  • Maintain proper filing by attaching receipts or account statements validating prepaid orders.
  • Package customized cards separately from their PIN codes in sealed envelopes.
  • Assign package charges to customers appropriately, validate extranet requests, and ensure any special charges requested by customers are applied correctly.
  • Perform reconciliation of client accounts as part of financial controls.
  • Manage daily Priority Control 1 (PC1) polling activities.
  • Archive weekly meeting minutes in the designated shared filing system.

  • Holds a university degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective information exchange.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Maintains relevant business networks and contacts.
