Role Overview
This role is for a front sales consultant or senior consultant in the travel and tourism sector. The position focuses on handling customer enquiries, explaining holiday package options, and supporting the end-to-end booking journey.
Eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An interest in building a long-term career in tourism is important.
- Experience of 2 to 8 years in the travel industry is preferred, and a diploma or degree in travel and tourism will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions coming through digital channels, email, phone, and walk-in visits.
- Share relevant details about holiday packages based on the customer’s requirements.
- Support the booking process, visa-related steps, and payment handling.
