Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out during morning and evening shifts.
  • Oversee arrivals and departures while ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up of shifts.
  • Handle cash registers and audit bills with high accuracy.
  • Deliver guest service at a 5-star superior quality level.
  • Engage in active cross-selling and upselling to optimize the guest experience.
  • Coordinate restaurant table reservations.
  • Provide guests with advice on hiking trails, activities, and local attractions.
  • Process bookings and attend to guest requests promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with all operational departments within the hotel.
  • Work shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:30 hours.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality (e.g., hotel management or similar).
  • Preferably prior experience in Front Office or equivalent roles.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Proficient with hotel software, especially Fidelio Suite 8, Kommis, Pointchamp, and TNG.
  • Warm, welcoming personality with genuine hospitality spirit.
  • Passion for delivering exemplary guest service of the highest standards.
  • Organized, dependable, and guest-focused work approach.
  • Strong teamwork skills coupled with confident independent working abilities.
