Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out during morning and evening shifts.
- Oversee arrivals and departures while ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up of shifts.
- Handle cash registers and audit bills with high accuracy.
- Deliver guest service at a 5-star superior quality level.
- Engage in active cross-selling and upselling to optimize the guest experience.
- Coordinate restaurant table reservations.
- Provide guests with advice on hiking trails, activities, and local attractions.
- Process bookings and attend to guest requests promptly.
- Collaborate closely with all operational departments within the hotel.
- Work shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:30 hours.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in hospitality (e.g., hotel management or similar).
- Preferably prior experience in Front Office or equivalent roles.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Proficient with hotel software, especially Fidelio Suite 8, Kommis, Pointchamp, and TNG.
- Warm, welcoming personality with genuine hospitality spirit.
- Passion for delivering exemplary guest service of the highest standards.
- Organized, dependable, and guest-focused work approach.
- Strong teamwork skills coupled with confident independent working abilities.
