Role overview

Zizzi Restaurants is hiring a Front of House Team Member in Bournemouth. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, likes working with people, and takes pride in helping guests have a memorable dining experience. The position offers pay of up to £12.71 per hour, plus tronc and additional benefits.

You may be welcoming guests at the entrance, mixing drinks at the bar, serving dishes neatly to tables, or helping customers feel guided and looked after throughout their visit. A genuine interest in food, service, and creating a personal experience for each guest is important.

What the role involves

• Working closely with both the front and back of house teams to keep service running smoothly.
• Knowing the menu well and confidently talking about dishes with guests.
• Helping deliver excellent customer experiences and taking pride in the quality of service.
• Keeping the restaurant aligned with company standards, policies, processes, and presentation expectations.
