Role overview
We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join a busy restaurant team in Newport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm welcome, delivering table service, and helping shape a memorable dining experience for every guest. The pay is up to £12.71 per hour, plus tronc and other benefits.
You may be welcoming guests at the entrance, preparing drinks at the bar, serving food to the table, or helping guests navigate the menu and their visit. A genuine interest in food, strong customer focus, and a personal approach to service are central to the role.

Key duties
- Work closely with the front and back of house teams to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
- Know the menu well and confidently share food knowledge with guests.
- Help deliver excellent service and memorable experiences for every customer.
- Support the restaurant in staying presentation-ready and aligned with company policies, processes, and standards.
- Deliver each part of the customer journey with care so that every visit feels positive and personal.
