Position Overview

As a Front of House Attendant, you will contribute to delivering a warm and welcoming café experience. This role operates on a 24/7 roster, offering ongoing casual employment with potential for permanent placement. The typical work pattern involves 3-4 days per week with shifts spanning morning, afternoon, and night.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and foster a comfortable and inviting environment in the café
• Prepare and serve quality beverages efficiently; barista skills are advantageous but not mandatory
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
• Manage payment transactions and maintain front counter organization
• Ensure the dining area is clean and comfortable for patrons

Candidate Profile

• Personable, customer-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is desirable, but enthusiasm to learn is equally valued
• Works well within a team and communicates effectively with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability to work across various shifts including day, afternoon, and night
