- Deliver food and beverages promptly, confirming guest satisfaction.
- Help arrange seating and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle payment transactions with precision.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to maintain smooth service flow.
- Address guest questions or concerns swiftly with excellent customer service.
Candidate Profile
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with enthusiasm for service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate well within a team to foster a supportive work environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy setting.
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays.
