Role Overview

We seek responsible, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our team. Candidates able to work the mid-shift starting at 10 AM or those with shift leader experience for the 2 PM shift are especially encouraged to apply. Team members play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations—from opening through the busy midday period to closing—acting as front-line ambassadors for our mission to promote healthy living through nutritious beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious smoothie blends according to specifications.
• Ensure customer needs are met when orders are taken.
• Warmly greet and engage guests to provide a positive service experience.
• Properly prepare all ingredients including fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Complete daily store checklist tasks.
• Report punctually and ready to work each shift.
• Uphold and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Candidate Qualifications

• Mature, responsible, energetic candidates passionate about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to connect with guests and maintain a "guest first" mindset.
