Front of House Team Member

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our café team. Our company emphasizes providing comprehensive training and the necessary resources to ensure you succeed in your duties.

Primary Duties

• Greeting and assisting guests warmly and professionally.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
• Delivering food and drink orders to customers.
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café.

Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role is advantageous but not essential.
• Available to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday between 5am and 9pm.
