Role overview
Wagamama is looking for a front of house team member to join its lively restaurant team in Street, England. The position is suited to someone who enjoys being in a busy, energetic environment and helping create a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive until the end of service.
This role centres on warm hospitality, real conversation and smooth teamwork rather than scripted service. You will help keep the restaurant atmosphere welcoming, guide guests through the menu and support a seamless flow of service throughout each shift. The role is especially suited to candidates available for evenings and weekends.
What you will do
As part of the front of house team, you will be involved in creating a great guest experience and keeping service running well during busy periods.
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable and well looked after.
- Help present the menu and offer genuine food recommendations.
- Support smooth, efficient service from the start of the shift through to the end.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep the restaurant moving in a busy setting.
- Stay organised, calm and attentive when the pace picks up.
