About the Role
Join wagamama, a vibrant and growing food brand with over 165 restaurants across the UK, as an International Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in London with hybrid working (one day per week at HQ), you'll play a pivotal role delivering marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement across our international franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute two major menu refresh campaigns annually alongside other marketing campaigns, managing the full process from briefing through creative development to analysis.
- Support new menu development by providing insights aligned with current market trends and customer preferences.
- Review and approve marketing materials from franchisees ensuring brand consistency and compliance with guidelines.
- Serve as the main marketing contact for franchise partners, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Manage wagamama’s international websites and social media channels, ensuring content is up to date and compliant with local regulations.
- Oversee franchisee administrative rights for website and social updates while ensuring quality control.
- Liaise with third-party customer satisfaction provider, analyzing monthly feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist the Head of International Marketing with onboarding new franchise markets by developing tailored marketing strategies.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in international marketing, preferably within food & beverage or franchising sectors.
- Strong project management abilities capable of handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Capable of devising and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and engage key stakeholders in marketing initiatives.

Additional Information
