Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Front of House Team Members to join the Dome Cafe Group in Shinyanga Region, Tanzania. This role involves delivering outstanding guest experiences through various customer service tasks and supporting daily cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Serving food and drinks to customers efficiently.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain an inviting environment.
Candidate Profile
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 5 am and 9 pm.
