  • Guide guests through the check-in process, including house protocols, bathhouse etiquette, and digital waiver completion when this has not been done beforehand.
  • Build strong product and facility knowledge so you can speak confidently and accurately with guests.
  • Support booking arrangements for guests when needed as they leave.
  • Handle telephone or other communication tasks as required.
  • Prepare the facility for the next day at closing by tidying spaces and removing rubbish and used linen.
  • Keep the reception area, bathhouse, and all other spaces clean, orderly, and as dry as possible.
  • Follow a strict cleaning and sterilisation routine during operating hours for designated areas.
  • Help maintain a warm, comfortable, and guest-focused atmosphere while responding to questions and concerns.
  • Ensure all operating rules and procedures are observed at all times.

  • Assist the Studio Manager with planning and launching promotions and events.
  • Prepare weekly updates for the Studio Manager, including guest and staff feedback that can help improve the studio experience.
  • Track stock and consumables such as laundry supplies, amenities, food and beverage items, and hygiene products.
  • Monitor facility operations and flag issues involving equipment, fixtures, or fittings.
  • Oversee routine servicing and repairs for spa equipment, fixtures, and fittings when needed.
  • Coordinate linen collection and delivery with the service provider.
