About Burpengary Community Club

Located in Burpengary, Queensland, the Burpengary Community Club serves as a vital hub for the local community. Established in June 2021, the club features over 350 seats in its restaurant and outdoor dining, an 80-seat café, 150 gaming machines, and a lively sports bar.

Role Overview

The club is seeking multiple Front of House Attendants with outstanding customer service abilities and a cheerful demeanor to support operations across food, beverage, and gaming areas. These positions are offered on a casual, temporary basis with shifts varying from early mornings to late nights, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.

  • Effective communication skills with diverse clientele and team members
  • Basic barista capabilities are a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Experience and Additional Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred but not mandatory)
  • Eligibility to obtain a National Police Certificate for workplace compliance

Work Schedule and Conditions

Casual employment with a weekly roster; shifts encompass various timing options requiring availability across days, nights, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
