Role summary

In this customer-facing position, you will help deliver a polished hospitality experience during meal service periods while ensuring pantry spaces and front-of-house stations are clean, fully stocked, and neatly organised.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service throughout breakfast and lunch service windows.
• Prepare pantry areas and refresh food presentation displays as needed.
• Set up, stock, and maintain breakfast and lunch service stations.
• Keep front-of-house areas tidy, clean, and professionally presented.
• Support food preparation tasks and general kitchen duties when required.
• Follow food hygiene and safety requirements at all times.
