Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated fresh graduate to become part of our Human Resources department. This role provides a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience in recruitment and various HR functions by supporting the entire hiring process and other HR duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Help source candidates through multiple platforms including job portals and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Organize interviews coordinating between applicants and interviewers.
- Keep candidate information updated within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout different recruitment stages.
- Assist in drafting job offers and completing onboarding paperwork.
- Support initiatives for new employee orientation and integration.
- Ensure maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and maintain tracking tools.
- Contribute to employer branding activities such as career fairs.
- Provide administrative support and perform additional HR duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Recent graduate with zero to one year of professional experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English language both verbal and written.
- Keen interest in developing a career in HR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or practical exposure in HR or recruitment functions.
- Knowledge or experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or HR software tools.
- Basic understanding of Saudi labor laws is advantageous.
