Fresh Graduate Engineering Trainee (KSA National)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our permanent Graduate Engineer Development Program. This program offers full-time employment and focuses on accelerating career growth through structured rotations across key departments like Engineering, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Sales.

Participants will gain practical experience by working on live projects, collaborating with experienced professionals, and developing technical as well as commercial skills. This rotational program provides comprehensive business exposure and aims to prepare trainees for progressive career opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured rotation across Engineering, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Sales departments.
• Support design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, calculations, and other project records.
• Perform basic engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations under senior guidance.
• Help the Technical Sales team prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to build client engagement skills.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project completion and organizational goals.
• Comply with company policies, safety rules, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Provide regular progress updates to mentors and supervisors during rotations.
• Maintain a proactive approach towards continuous learning and developing technical, commercial, and professional capabilities.
• Carry out other duties assigned during the training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates without prior work experience.

Technical Skills

• Fundamental understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering concepts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
