Job Summary
This opportunity is intended exclusively for Saudi nationals as part of localization efforts. The engineer will contribute to technical, site, and administrative work across real estate development and construction projects, while building practical experience and growing professionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineering teams by reviewing drawings, technical files, and coordination matters on site.
- Help track construction progress, compile reports, and check that work follows required standards.
- Take part in inspections, site measurements, and reviews related to quality and safety.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and government authorities on project-related issues.
- Support planning, scheduling, quantity take-off work, or HSE-related tasks depending on the assigned department.
- Keep project records organized and contribute to engineering outputs and documentation.
- Build technical capability through guidance, mentorship, and training.
- Assist with design reviews and follow up on development stages alongside the Development & Design Management team.
- Support the Project Delivery team in overseeing execution and ensuring timelines and quality targets are achieved.
- Contribute to Technical Office activities such as preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and helping resolve engineering issues.
- Support the PMO by monitoring performance indicators, preparing progress updates, and documenting lessons learned.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager within the scope of the role.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- This role is for fresh graduates.
- Candidate must be a Saudi national.
- Good communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Prior exposure to tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera will be considered an advantage.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
