Role overview
Ryanair is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support its French payroll operations from the Dublin head office. This position sits within Europe’s largest airline group and offers the chance to contribute to a fast-growing business aiming to expand to more than 300 million guests and 800 aircraft over the next decade.
The ideal candidate will already have hands-on experience handling payroll in France and will be comfortable supporting administration for a population of more than 600 aviation professionals covered by the French payroll process. This opportunity is well suited to a proactive professional who wants to develop their career within a global company.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor payroll activity for France, including familiarity with common payroll platforms and French tax and social security rules.
- Support improvements to internal systems so payroll processing in France can run more smoothly.
- Offer guidance on compliance matters and respond to day-to-day and ad hoc payroll questions.
- Work with local service providers and internal teams as needed.
- Handle routine administrative work accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of French payroll processes and the relevant legal framework.
- At least 2 years of experience in a payroll function.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident user of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in both English and French.
