The ideal candidate will already have hands-on experience handling payroll in France and will be comfortable supporting administration for a population of more than 600 aviation professionals covered by the French payroll process. This opportunity is well suited to a proactive professional who wants to develop their career within a global company.

All CVs must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor payroll activity for France, including familiarity with common payroll platforms and French tax and social security rules.

  • Offer guidance on compliance matters and respond to day-to-day and ad hoc payroll questions.
  • Work with local service providers and internal teams as needed.
  • Handle routine administrative work accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of French payroll processes and the relevant legal framework.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a payroll function.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident user of the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in both English and French.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package.
  • Discounted unlimited travel to more than 250 destinations.
  • Defined contribution pension plan with matching up to 5% or €5,000.
  • Death-in-service cover worth up to 2 times annual base salary.
  • 20 days of annual leave, rising to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
  • Option to take up to 5 extra unpaid leave days each year.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Strong prospects for career advancement.
