Freelancer Team Leader Cum HR Recruiter

About the Role

This position combines HR recruiting and sales team leadership within the insurance sector. The role operates remotely, allowing candidates to apply from anywhere in India and work from home, focusing on recruiting new insurance advisors and driving sales through their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit potential insurance advisors to join the team.
• Lead and manage the sales efforts of your recruited team to meet business goals.

Compensation and Incentives

• Monthly earnings range between ₹3,000 and ₹75,000.
• Team sales commissions range from 9% to 30%.
• Personal business commissions are between 45% and 50%.
• Performance bonuses include ₹1,500 for each recruitment, ₹5,000 flat bonus per advisor, and additional PDI bonuses from ₹5,000 to ₹32,000 per advisor.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
• Age requirement: at least 25 years old.
• Preferably experienced in insurance sales.
• IRDAI exam qualification is a mandatory prerequisite.

Additional Notes

If candidates lack experience or do not meet the age criteria, they may join as insurance advisors initially. To qualify for promotion to team leader/recruiter, individuals must complete at least six insurance policies totaling ₹2,10,000 in business volume. Successful completion of assigned tasks leads to an upgrade to IAP status for team leader/recruiter roles.
