About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced freelance writer who can contribute to training AI models. The work centers on assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the models reason, and helping refine outputs so the overall quality improves.
The ideal person will bring a strong background in writing, editing, and content creation. Relevant experience from communications or journalism is also aligned with the role.
What You Can Expect
- Choose the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- Work independently on your own schedule using your personal computer from home.
- Compensation starts at $25–$30+ per hour, with higher bonus rates available on certain projects.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
- Assess AI model output for accuracy and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- A careful eye for detail.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, writing style, and brand tone.
- A current, ongoing, or completed bachelor’s degree is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
