Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume recruitment processes targeting operational personnel.
• Advertise job openings across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Carry out on-site or field recruitment campaigns as needed.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews via phone or virtual platforms.
• Maintain regular communication regarding the status of vacancies.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment deadlines.

Profiles to Recruit

• Production Operators including roles requiring physical effort such as loading and unloading (estiba).

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale recruitment and selection of operational staff.
• Access to personal recruitment sources and effective use of job boards.
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet performance indicators.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Contract and Work Arrangement

• Engagement as a freelancer under a service provision contract; no formal employment or payroll inclusion.
• Work is primarily remote with availability for coordination meetings when required.

Compensation

Compensation will be negotiated based on the freelancer's experience, recruitment approach, and efficiency in filling vacancies.
