About the Role
OLIPOP is seeking a freelance producer to assist with various creative production initiatives including social media content, campaign executions, and product-centered creative projects. This position suits a mid-level producer experienced in agency or brand environments, adept at managing schedules, liaising with vendors, facilitating shoots, handling feedback cycles, and ensuring projects progress seamlessly from inception through to delivery.
The successful candidate will be detail-focused, organized, proactive, and able to adapt quickly within a dynamic creative setting. It demands juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external collaborators, and providing logistical and creative production support.
This part-time freelance contract is anticipated to span approximately four months—from July through November—requiring about 25 hours per week aligned with core business hours to fulfill specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as a principal production support contact across social media shoots, marketing campaign production, and unplanned creative production tasks.
- Liaise with creative, social, and brand teams to collect requirements, clarify objectives, and keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Manage communications with vendors including scheduling, deliverable tracking, feedback management, and production follow-up.
- Participate in shoots as required or provide remote support to production crews.
- Oversee production documentation such as release forms and final project materials.
- Assist with post-production processes, including preparing review decks, organizing feedback, quality control of assets, final delivery, and archiving.
- Coordinate product procurement relevant to production activities.
Qualifications
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or project management within the creative industry.
- Background working in agency settings, brand-side, or social-first production environments preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities.
- Strong professional communication abilities for engaging both internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience supporting production activities such as shoots, post-production, asset delivery, and production record keeping.
- Self-driven, able to onboard quickly, and work independently without constant supervision.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social content production or recurring content capture projects.
- Familiarity coordinating creative reviews, processing feedback, and post-production workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with external partners including photographers, retouchers, and creative vendors.
- Knowledge of asset organization, digital file delivery, and archiving methods.
