The Collecting Group is a specialist business focused on well-curated collectibles sourced from around the world. The company is headquartered in London and also operates from Munich, Sydney, and Stockholm, with a strategic partnership in the UAE.
Collecting Cars, launched in 2019, provides a digital marketplace that helps buyers and sellers complete transactions more quickly than traditional auction models while also eliminating seller fees.
The wider group now employs more than 100 people globally and is pursuing ambitious expansion through new products and entry into additional markets.
The Opportunity
The company's growth depends on combining strong talent with innovative technology to deliver an excellent experience for users. They are looking for freelance photographers who share these values and can support both Watch Collecting and Collecting Cars.
All photography work is carried out on a freelance basis, and photographers are usually connected with vendors by the internal team.
Who You Are
- You are located in one of the target European markets: Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, or the Netherlands, and are able to travel locally for assignments.
- You have a strong, proven portfolio with a focus on automotive photography or luxury product photography.
- You work with professional equipment, including the right lenses for macro detail work or wide/telephoto shooting, along with polarising filters for car photography.
- You are self-driven and can represent The Collecting Group in a professional way when meeting sellers on-site.
