Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to develop visual concepts and presentation graphics for a commercial architecture project. The assignment centers on two blocks of five-storey suites with a covered courtyard and is currently in the planning and research stage. The chosen designer will help shape the visual story used in client presentations and discussions with stakeholders.
The project is fully remote and may lead to additional work depending on overall performance and fit.
Deliverables
- Create strong visual concepts and presentation graphics tailored to the architectural brief.
- Produce polished renderings, diagrams, and other visual materials that clearly communicate the design direction.
- Work with the project team to refine visuals through feedback and revisions.
- Prepare graphics that are ready for presentation in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Share digital assets in the required file formats and ensure all output matches the project specifications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in graphic design for architecture or real estate-related projects.
- A portfolio that shows relevant visual concepts and presentation materials.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as architectural visualization tools.
- The ability to read architectural plans and turn them into engaging visual content.
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfort working remotely and delivering milestones on schedule.
- Capability to work independently and respond constructively to feedback.
