Job description
Role Overview
Future Colossal is hiring freelance Experience Producers to help deliver upcoming immersive installations, interactive experiences, and live event activations. Because there are immediate project needs, candidates who can begin work right away will be given priority, though the team is also open to connecting with producers for future freelance assignments.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support projects from early planning through on-site execution, helping ensure creative ideas and production logistics come together smoothly. The work calls for someone who can stay organized, keep clients in mind, and manage many moving pieces at once. You should be ready to jump into active projects quickly and work closely with creative, technical, fabrication, vendor, and production teams.
Relevant Background
The strongest candidates will bring experience in one or more of the following areas: live event production, experiential or brand activation production, technical production coordination, fabrication project management, on-site production leadership or owner representation, and client or account management.
Working Arrangement
This is a project-based contract role based in New York, NY.
