Role Overview
We are searching for Ubycallers (students, homemakers, retirees, professionals seeking extra income, and freelancers) interested in providing customer support through chat for a well-known brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance by addressing inquiries and doubts via a virtual chat channel.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Technical or university studies (ongoing, incomplete, or completed).
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, preferably handling chat, calls, email support, user support, or back office tasks.
- Excellent spelling, writing skills, and reading comprehension (will be tested).
- Good proficiency in Office tools and general technology use.
- Possess an active RUC (tax identification number) or willingness to obtain one.
Technical Setup for Optimal Remote Work
- Personal computer or laptop with genuine Windows 10 or 11 operating system (no pirated copies).
- Processor: Intel i5 or higher, or AMD A8 or higher (including Ryzen).
- At least 8GB RAM.
- Solid State Drive (SSD) storage.
- Wired internet connection with minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
- USB headset with single connection, operational camera, and antivirus software.
