Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly investigate allegations of sophisticated fraud by employing specialized techniques such as interviewing, document examination, and evidence handling.
• Analyze cases and potentially suspicious scenarios to draw accurate risk-based conclusions to reduce fraud losses.
• Compile and prepare investigative and regulatory reports, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Detect emerging fraud patterns and share insights with management teams.
• Identify breaches of internal procedures and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Make judicious decisions aligned with regulatory requirements, banking policies, and industry best practices.
• Enhance anti-fraud strategies by analyzing, implementing, and continuously refining fraud prevention processes.
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of protocols, controls, and documentation pertinent to fraud reviews.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in international fraud investigation with non-voice process exposure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills particularly for collaborating within international teams.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment under regulatory and organizational policy frameworks.
