This well-known brand has cultivated a loyal customer base across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels and is now expanding into new international markets. The company is addressing the operational challenges involved with scaling into multiple territories while managing complex regulatory environments and aiming to build a robust infrastructure for continued growth.
The role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty and consumer brands who wishes to contribute in a hands-on, strategic capacity over a longer term. Initially, the position involves working onsite with a hybrid approach a few days per week, with a possibility of increased commitment as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define long-term strategic objectives and oversee projects to meet these goals.
- Lead the expansion into international markets by developing the necessary operational, logistical, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expand and scale teams across Operations, People, and Commercial departments.
- Improve analysis and understanding of commercial performance metrics, including channel performance, margins, and retail/wholesale outcomes.
- Increase reporting quality and analysis of internal key performance indicators.
- Manage various ad-hoc projects as required.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven track record in consumer brand, retail, or FMCG sectors, particularly focused on operational efficiency.
- Experience in managing or supporting expansion into multiple international territories.
- Proficiency in developing scalable organizational processes relevant to supply chain, logistics, and warehousing.
- Excellent communication and networking capabilities.
- A strong personal interest in beauty, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
Preferred Qualifications
- History of scaling organizations with revenues between £5m and £30m.
- Experience within premium cosmetics, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
