Job description
Overview
Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring full-time Tim Hortons team members for its Ashern, Manitoba location. This role is focused on providing friendly service, preparing food and beverage orders, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly in a clean and welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and help create a positive first impression.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with care and accuracy.
- Take customer orders and prepare menu items using set recipes and standards.
- Fulfill orders such as coffee, Iced Capps, donuts, and other food items.
- Follow safe food-handling and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Keep the dining and kitchen spaces tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Support stock control by restocking supplies and assisting with inventory needs.
- Work cooperatively with teammates to support smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
- Cashier or cash-handling experience is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety and handling practices is beneficial.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-moving setting while paying attention to detail.
- Good basic math ability for payments and order processing.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle concerns professionally.
- Solid time management and prioritization skills.
- Food preparation experience is helpful.
- Prior experience in food service is an asset.
Schedule and Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with 32 to 40 hours per week. Typical shifts run between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
