Role overview

Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring full-time Tim Hortons Team Members for its Canora, Saskatchewan location. This role focuses on delivering friendly service, preparing food and beverages, keeping the store clean, and supporting day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and help create a positive first impression.
  • Process payments at the cash register and manage cash transactions with care.
  • Record customer orders and prepare menu items using set recipes and standards.
  • Prepare guest orders such as coffee, iced capp drinks, donuts, and related items.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-organized dining room, kitchen, and service area.
  • Support stock control by helping with inventory checks and replenishing supplies.
  • Cooperate with coworkers to provide smooth, efficient service.
  • Contribute to a team environment that helps improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences is important.
  • Cashier or cash-handling experience is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of food safety and handling practices is an asset.
  • Comfort using POS systems is expected.
  • Ability to stay accurate and focused in a busy, fast-moving setting.
  • Good numerical ability for handling money and processing orders correctly.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle concerns effectively.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Food preparation experience is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in food service is preferred.

Work schedule

This is a full-time position with 32 to 40 hours per week. The store operates daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and shifts may fall within those hours. Candidates should be willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
