Food Process Operative - Night Shifts

Job Overview

We are seeking Food Process Operatives to join our team on night shifts based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST3 area). This role involves active participation in the food production line to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Duties

• Operate on the production line performing essential food processing tasks.
• Sort trays and load them onto the feeding line to maintain workflow.
• Package finished food products ensuring quality and presentation.
• Stack packed goods onto pallets for dispatch or storage.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in production or food-related roles preferred.
• A proactive and positive approach towards completing duties with care and high standards.
• Complete and consistent work history is required.

Compensation and Schedule

The position pays 3.77 per hour via PAYE and is remunerated weekly. Mandatory deductions including tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions apply unless opted out.

Working hours are Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
