Role Overview

The Food Pass Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation by embodying professionalism, leadership, and delivering outstanding service consistently. Responsibilities include overseeing all food and beverage service zones, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences, mentoring and developing team members, and supporting revenue enhancement efforts.

Key Duties

• Supervision of food and beverage service areas ensuring top service standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the Food Pass section
• Collaboration with Head Chefs and Executive Head Chef to organize staff training focused on food Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other relevant F&B processes
• Flexibility to contribute to other food and beverage departments as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Capability to collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high service standards
• Strong attention to detail with thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
• Adaptability to changing conditions and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Friendly, outgoing attitude paired with a professional appearance in line with hotel expectations
• Dedication to leading, guiding, and mentoring staff
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, early starts, and late finishes
