Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor who will primarily oversee and manage the food pass operations. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, including the possibility of early and late shifts on any day of the week. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and ready to start immediately.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a busy food and beverage environment, preferably as an F&B Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency with Micros point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Sharp attention to detail, particularly in service order management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes, follow instructions, and manage time efficiently.
• Prioritize workloads effectively and handle various tasks in a timely manner.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and an ambassadorial approach to the hospitality industry.
• Respectful team player comfortable working in a diverse environment.
• Availability and willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and late nights as needed.
