Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons in St. Catharines, Ontario. This permanent position offers full-time, onsite work with a weekly schedule of 35 to 40 hours. The working languages are English or French.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of food quantities used to monitor inventory.
  • Package foods for take-out orders efficiently.
  • Portion and wrap various food items with care.
  • Prepare, heat, and complete simple food dishes promptly.
  • Serve customers courteously at counters or buffet stations.
  • Stock refrigeration units and salad bars with fresh products.
  • Accurately take customers’ orders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim food items.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Fast-paced work environment requiring quick task completion.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with consistent precision.
  • Extended periods of standing are necessary.
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure.

Experience and Education

  • No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
