About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton, you will play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering excellent food and drink service. This role involves more than just serving; it is about enhancing each guest's visit with warmth and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic guest service, actively seeking opportunities to make dining experiences special and enjoyable.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu, including promotions and specials, to confidently assist guests with inquiries.
• Efficiently take and input food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of orders with careful attention to detail.
• Maintain the food service station in an organized, clean, and well-stocked condition throughout the shift.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to uphold the well-being of guests and staff.
