Role overview

This position is for a Food & Beverage Team Member working part time on a permanent basis. The role is expected to cover 24 to 30 hours per week, and the workplace is in London, England, United Kingdom. Candidates should be available to work flexibly across Monday through Sunday.

What the role involves

You will help create a positive dining experience by delivering consistent service, supporting your colleagues, and making sure guests feel welcome and well looked after.

• Provide reliable and memorable service to every guest.
• Coordinate with teammates so each guest has a reason to return.
• Take food and beverage orders and pass them to the kitchen.
• Check dishes when they are collected from the kitchen and deliver them to guests.
• Keep tables and service zones clean and orderly following operating procedures.
• Follow hygienic food-service practices throughout service.
• Offer friendly, efficient, and professional guest service.
• Bring an upbeat, approachable attitude and build rapport quickly in a busy environment.
