Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Team Leader is tasked with managing the daily activities within the food and beverage department. This role ensures exceptional service standards, promotes guest satisfaction, facilitates team coordination, supports staff training, and oversees efficient service operations across dining and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist food and beverage personnel during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain outstanding service standards to enhance guest experiences.
• Support inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in food and beverage services.
• Effective leadership and communication capabilities.
• Ability to perform well under fast-paced conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; hospitality-related training is advantageous.
• Minimum two years of food and beverage service experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Adaptable availability for night shifts, weekends, and holiday work.
