Overview
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure outstanding service delivery across all dining and beverage areas. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, such as restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Design and execute strategies aimed at enhancing guest experience and boosting revenue.
- Lead recruitment, staff training, and performance assessments to uphold high service standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and streamline procurement activities.
- Work closely with culinary and service teams to develop creative menus and promotional initiatives.
- Address guest inquiries, provide professional feedback handling, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, prepare budgets, and conduct financial analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive under pressure.
- Financial expertise in budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years in supervisory or lead roles as a server or bartender in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or hotels.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (such as ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with POS systems and fundamental Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Availability: Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays depending on hotel occupancy.
