Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations across the outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction and high standards of service. This role demands leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining efficiency during service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of F&B outlets to enhance guest satisfaction, uphold service quality, and optimize profitability.
- Promptly address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effectiveness.
- Lead by example through active, hands-on engagement with the team on the floor.
- Provide ongoing guidance and encouragement to team members to foster a cohesive working environment.
- Conduct training, coaching, and development initiatives to sustain superior service standards and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organisational capability to efficiently juggle multiple priorities and duties.
- Proven abilities in problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-moving service industry.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in restaurants, bars, or hotels.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, public holidays, and during events.
