Role overview
Novotel Hotels is hiring a Food & Beverage Coordinator to help keep the resort and convention centre’s food and beverage operations running smoothly. The position sits at the intersection of operations and administration, with regular interaction across culinary, stewarding, supplier, and finance functions to keep stock levels accurate, standards compliant, and daily service well prepared.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy hospitality setting where both hands-on operational support and administrative coordination are part of the day-to-day.
This is a full-time role with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage purchase coordination according to kitchen and operational demand.
- Keep inventory documentation up to date and assist with stock counts and reconciliation exercises.
- Look after storage areas, ensuring they remain tidy, stock is rotated properly, and food safety rules are followed.
- Maintain HACCP records and help uphold hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work with suppliers on deliveries and returns while supporting cost-saving and budget control efforts.
- Monitor stock across kitchens and flag items that are moving slowly or being held in excess.
- Make sure goods are received, stored, and recorded promptly and in line with company procedures.
- Provide reporting and administrative assistance to improve the overall efficiency of food and beverage operations.
Working arrangement
This position operates on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday.
