Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. This role is pivotal in establishing daily routines and operational structure to ensure the success of our restaurant. The position operates on a casual contract basis with a competitive gross hourly wage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Host and manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner service efficiently and professionally.
• Provide bartending and drink service to guests at the bar as part of daily tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Ensure the restaurant and bar areas are impeccably maintained and visually appealing.
• Promptly serve food and beverages once ready to enhance guest experience.
• Exhibit a passion for hospitality by going above and beyond in service delivery with a friendly demeanor.
