Role Overview

We are currently looking for passionate and guest-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to be part of our team. The primary focus is to provide outstanding service within our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and pleasant visit.

Responsibilities

• Offer courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and serve them promptly.
• Prepare and clear tables, maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Stay informed about menu items, promotional offers, and specials.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns positively.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive demeanor combined with a genuine enthusiasm for excellent guest service.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
